Service for your safety
Only a well-maintained ski is also a safe ski. Especially after the summer break, it is very important to check the ski and "lend a hand" at the critical points. This includes in particular checking the settings and the safe operation of the binding. For this purpose, body weight and size, sole length of the ski boot and skiing ability must be correctly matched. Only the correct setting guarantees that optimum power transmission to the ski can take place and, above all, that the binding opens in the event of a fall, thereby significantly reducing the risk of injury.
Sportalp Over-Night-Service
You are on vacation - we take care of your equipment. Overnight, we make sure that your skis and snowboard are ready for the next day.
Small service
After the summer break or when the ski or snowboard "runs" or "grips" well after a few days of skiing, a small service is usually sufficient. We grind side and bottom edges, the base gets a new structure and is waxed. Finally, the base is brushed and checked.
Large service
A major service is necessary when the base of the ski or snowboard has major defects such as holes or deep scratches. The existing damages are repaired and mended by hand by our service team. Then the side and bottom edges of your skis or snowboard are sanded. The base gets a new structure, is waxed and finally brushed.
Racing or ProfiService
We offer the race service for skis exclusively for the legendary ski race "The White Ring". The professional ski service is done completely by hand by our professionals on site. Please book this service early, as our capacities are limited.
